Noah Keteyian

Noah Keteyian is experienced in community relations, political affairs and brand development. He has worked extensively with state and local governments on economic development issues and he has a strong track record for finding creative solutions to communications challenges.

Before joining Barton & Gingold, Noah directed the outreach effort and field operations for the recent Brookings Institution GrowSmart Maine report, "Charting Maine’s Future." Prior to that, he built the economic development team, Midcoast Magnet, from the ground up. As Executive Director, Noah brought the public and private sectors together as part of a regional effort to attract and retain the talented workforce needed to develop a strong economy in Maine’s Midcoast.

Noah is a Maine native, having grown up near Acadia National Park. He graduated from Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts in 1999. Noah was appointed to the State of Maine Arts Commission in 2005. He sits on the Steering Committee of Realize!Maine, which positions young dynamic people at the core of Maine’s economy, as well as Portland Regional Chamber's PROPEL. He is also a Leadership Maine alumnus. He lives in Portland with his wife and daughters.
