Using the mediator’s and facilitator’s tools of active listening, reframing, planned interventions and process design, we create a safe environment where people can be heard, can learn to listen to others and can, together, find a way to resolve their problems. We help employees in conflict with other employees, employees and supervisors in conflict and union-management teams who have reached an impasse. We help organizations design comprehensive systems for conflict management; facilitate large community meetings; and build trust by taking a wider-angle view of the situation. Additionally, we work with clients who need help with teambuilding, communication skill building, meeting facilitation and conflict management training. Whether facilitating a difficult contract negotiation, working on a controversial land use issue in a small town, or working with a coalition to lobby for changes, we ensure that the interests of all stakeholders are addressed.
